• Assist in developing sales and cross marketing strategies

• Maintain service standards
• Provide statistical analysis of market condition
• Provide mentorship to junior underwriters
• Participate in Chubb Major Accounts Energy Practice

• In-depth knowledge of underwriting products and concepts
• Demonstrated knowledge of casualty product lines
• Excess Casualty and Energy risk underwriting experience preferred
• Knowledge of the local insurance environment
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to market and produce profitable new business
